We are sending you our house plan selections, building material list, and prices that are furnished with each “House Package.” Sales terms are explained on the attached form. Please remember, you must arrange your own trucking from your dock to your home site. Hawaii customer house package prices include estimated freight to your dock in Hawaii, which you pay directly to the ocean carrier upon arrival of your container.

You are invited to inspect these house package plans. Plans can be tailored to meet your specific wants and needs. Sometimes these changes will result in additional charges due to time and material costs. We recommend you phone us to review any changes. All of Wholesale Builders Supply, Inc. house plans are copyrighted under the name Wholesale Builders Supply, Inc.

WBS offers a complete design service. We’ll work with your ideas, just sketch your floor plan; then mail it to us and we’ll send you a quote including building material costs and blueprints.

We offer take off services from your original plans…or send us your material list and blueprints so we can work with your ideas.

We build our business through customer referrals. The referrals lead to future sales. To our appreciation, we offer anyone that refers a lead $500.00 cash when that lead becomes a sale, with an order of $10,000.00 or more. The referral fee is for the first initial sale. No referral fees will be paid for following orders to the same customer.

If you build a Wholesale Builders Supply, Inc. house package and before you take occupancy agree to show as an open house for a period of four (4) weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), Wholesale Builders Supply, Inc. will pay you a cash reward. Please see your salesman for the amount of award for an open house.
