If you build a Wholesale Builders Supply, Inc. house package, and will agree to show it as an Open House for one (1) month, (weekends, Saturday & Sunday) we will pay you $800.00 or $1,000 in materials. Please print this form, sign below and return
to our office so we can call you to schedule dates.

In addition, we build our business through customer referrals. The referrals lead to future sales. To show our appreciation, we offer anyone that refers a lead, $500.00 cash when that lead becomes a complete sale, with an order of $10,000.00 or more. The referral fee is for the first initial sale. No referral fees will be paid for following orders to the same customer.
